In this week's creative photography project I'll show you how to use Photoshop to create the popular Adamski Effect using motion blur to replicate ICM.
This effect was named after Josh Adamski, the impressionist photographer who popularised it (#goals), and combines a motion blurred background with a sharp subject to create a cool abstract illusion.
